Psalms 116:13

Psalms 116:13. I will take the cup of salvation, and call upon the name of the LORD.

This is a curious way of rendering anything, yet you know that John Newton’s hymn says, -

"The best return for one like me

So wretched and so poor,

Is from his gifts to draw a plea,

And ask him still for more."
